Order processing

Standard catalog orders are packed and shipped from our Ozark, Missouri studio within 3–5 business days. Custom canvases follow a separate timeline outlined in section 06.

You will receive a tracking email the moment your order leaves the studio. Tracking takes up to 24 hours to populate with the carrier.

Holiday cutoffs

Order by December 14 for delivery by December 24 (US continental, standard shipping).

We ship via USPS and UPS depending on package size. All orders over $75 ship free within the continental United States.

Return policy

At this time we do not accept any returns. If your order does not match your expectation please reach out to hello@shophappystitch.com so we can make it right.

Damaged or missing items

If your order arrives damaged or with anything missing, please email a photo of the issue within 7 days of delivery. We will replace the item or refund the affected portion at no cost — no return shipment required.

Custom canvas exception

Because every custom canvas is printed specifically for you from your photo, custom canvases are non-returnable except in cases of print defects or shipping damage.

Studio gives you the chance to fully customize and preview your design before you place the order. Once your order is placed, the canvas enters production and cannot be cancelled.
