Custom adds about a week to delivery. The Collection ships next-day.
Studio walks you through four short steps: upload, crop, choose specs (size + mesh count + kit option), and submit. JPG or PNG up to 20MB — most modern phone photos work great. Studio will let you know if your upload won’t print sharply.
Studio puts the design in your hands. Reduce the palette to a clean DMC set, swap any thread color, try AI styles, adjust the focal point, and preview your stitched canvas before you order. Nothing prints until you’re happy with what you see. Learn more about HappyGrid™ →
Once your order is placed, every canvas passes through HappyGrid’s flatbed scanner so we can map its real thread geometry — then we print on archival-grade canvas at 600 dpi, with each ink dot landing on a real thread intersection. Complete Kit orders include presorted DMC floss and printed instructions. Pattern-only orders include the printed canvas plus a digital chart.
